Irish Builder achieves Airtightness of less than 1 m3/(h.m2) on domestic house

Local Construction Firm B&J Coleman based in Lurgan, Co. Armagh have achieved the remarkable score of less than 1 m3/(h.m2) for air permeability on one of their developments.
Anderson Mechanical Services carried out the air test and were pleasantly surprised and delighted to inform B&J Coleman of the PassivHaus type score for Airtightness on the dwelling.
Eamonn Miley from Anderson Mechanical Services commented, “what is even more impressive is that this was B&J Coleman’s first air permeability test. It just goes to show there is no substitute for excellent workmanship”.
